Netflix versus Satanic Temple, what should I do when someone copies my trademark?

Netflix was being sued by the Satanic Temple for copyright infringement and trademark violation! On November 10th 2018, USA Today released news that in the latest series of “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” shows a familiar goat headed deity Baphomet in four of their episodes; also, the ideas of them. Now, the satanic temple is suing Netflix in the United States District Court of New York in the amount of $50 million!
Trademark infringement is the unauthorized use of a trademark or service mark on or in connection with goods and or services which cause likelihood of confusion, deception or mistake about the source of goods or services.   • 5) defendant pay the trademark owners attorney fees.
